A New Leaf
Marking the first post on my official game dev blog, and I am excited to say that I do have a few WIPs that I will be sharing my progress on soon! I also feel intrigued about going back to blogging again but this time it’s in the form of a game dev blog.
One WIP that I am extra excited to share is my game called Itty Bitty Chaos created in the indie game engine Bipsy, which is a clone of another indie game engine called Bitsy. The game features a cat named Bitty who is up to no good. You explore the world through Bitty’s lens while causing escalating problems along the way. Bitty does what Bitty wants!
The game is currently still in the development stage, of course. My current progress that I can share with you is that I have created various scenes, and assets, added dialogues, and programmed various event triggers.
Also, you’d be surprised how easy it is to soft-lock your character! I love playtesters.
For now, I will leave you to wonder about this sweet WIP game teaser.
Keep your eyes peeled for further updates...
